SHIPPING POLICY 

Holiday season is here and shipment times are subject to delay. Please allow 2-3 business days to process orders before shipment. All items are shipped via USPS and takes about 5-7 business days for delivery. Please note that the total time frame of delivery is 7-10 business days. We do not offer express shipping services. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, your tracking information will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. Orders placed Friday-Sunday or on holidays will be processed the next business day then shipped.

Please note that the total time frame of delivery is 4-7 business days. We do not offer express shipping services. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, your tracking information will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. Orders placed Friday-Sunday or on holidays will be processed the next business day then shipped. Excludes WIGS.

IMPORTANT:

- When placing an online order, shipping AND billing information must be the same. Orders will be automatically canceled and refunded, if not.

- All online orders will be shipped! Pickup is no longer allowed for online orders, unless being serviced by TheKChanel. Orders will be automatically canceled and refunded, and a new form of payment will be processed at pickup (if you choose to pickup).

- TheKChanelKollection is not responsible for any USPS delays and/or any lost/stolen packages.

RETURN POLICY

TheKChanelKollection does not offer refunds or exchanges due to sanitation reasons. ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. Cancellations will not be processed after your order is placed. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us via email.
